Pricing questions, answered
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Your quote covers everything we've agreed. The only other costs are things you'd pay anyone: your domain name (usually around £10–£20 a year), and card fees from your payment provider if you sell online. We'll flag them all up front.
Why are you cheaper than a big agency?
No fancy office, no account managers, no layers of sign-off. You work directly with the developer, so your budget goes into your website rather than overheads.
How do payments work?
Usually half to start and half at launch. For larger projects we can split payments across milestones.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small tweaks shortly after launch are on us. After that, you can ask for changes at a fixed price whenever you need them, or join the care plan from £29/month for regular edits.
Can I start small and add more later?
Definitely. Many clients start with a starter website and add a shop, booking system or extra pages as they grow. Everything we build is designed to be extended.
