Can my products appear on Google Shopping?
Yes. We connect your shop to Google Merchant Center with an automatic product feed, so your products can appear in Google Shopping and free product listings. Paid Shopping ads are optional.
Can I add and edit products myself?
Yes. Your admin hub lets you add products, upload photos, change prices, manage stock and see orders, with no developer needed.
Which payment methods can I take?
Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay as standard, through a secure payment provider such as Stripe. Payments go straight to your bank account.
What does it cost to run?
Your payment provider takes a small fee per transaction. Beyond that, there are no platform subscriptions to pay us. Our optional care plan from £29/month covers hosting, updates and support.
Should I just use Shopify or Etsy?
Sometimes, yes, and we'll tell you honestly if a platform suits you better. A custom shop makes sense when you sell personalised or made-to-order products, want an admin hub designed around how you work, or are tired of stacking up monthly app subscriptions. It can also sit happily alongside your Etsy shop.
